QIPP and Medicaid Reimbursement Specialist

As a QIPP and Medicaid Reimbursement Specialist at Avir Vista, you will work closely with facility and regional leaders to strengthen quality performance, manage reimbursement processes, and build a successful, sustainable program across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor QIPP performance, quality measures, and reimbursement outcomes
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Assist facilities with developing and implementing effective action plans
Provide guidance on Texas Medicaid reimbursement requirements and processes
Coordinate Additional Documentation Request (ADR) reviews, including documentation collection and timely submission of responses
Track reimbursement risks, audit findings, deadlines, and unresolved issues
Educate facility and regional teams on QIPP, MDS, documentation, and reimbursement best practices
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to improve compliance and resident outcomes
Support the development of consistent processes across multiple skilled nursing facilities
Qualifications:
Current LVN or RN license
Strong MDS and long-term care experience
Knowledge of QIPP, quality measures, and Texas Medicaid reimbursement
Understanding of clinical documentation, audits, and ADR processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and education skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and facility needs
Comfortable working collaboratively with facility and regional teams
