Location: Noblesville, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50,000-$80,000 base salary
Pay Type: Salary

Earning Potential: $80,000-$120,000 annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Noblesville, IN. This role offers a $50,000-$80,000 base salary with expected annual earnings of $80,000-$120,000, a Monday-Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate combines strong automotive service knowledge, proven sales ability, excellent customer communication, and the organization needed to succeed in a busy automotive repair environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, professional service experience.
• Ask effective questions to accurately understand and document customer concerns.
• Write and present automotive repair and maintenance recommendations.
• Sell recommended repairs and maintenance services while communicating value clearly.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate repair workflow with automotive technicians and the parts department.
• Manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and productive daily service workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Proven sales experience in an automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced automotive repair environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions and adapt communication to individual customers.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, dependability, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000-$80,000 annually.
