Inside Sales Representative | Wholesale

Job Title
Proactively engage with existing wholesale customers and potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and pricing structure.
Maintain and grow relationships with accounts to drive repeat business and increase sales volume.
Work collaboratively with the outside sales team to support field efforts and share relevant account updates.
Track order status and resolve any issues related to fulfillment, returns, or delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
Provide input on promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer incentives.
Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
