A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Southeast Tennessee area is looking for an Audit Supervisor to manage engagements and lead teams in its assurance practice. You'll oversee work from planning through reporting, work closely with client leadership, and have a defined path to Audit Manager.

You'll oversee work from planning through reporting, work closely with client leadership, and have a defined path to Audit Manager.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements
- Plan engagements, set budgets, and manage timelines
- Review workpapers and financial statements
- Resolve technical accounting and auditing issues
- Communicate findings to client management
- Supervise, train, and mentor seniors and staff
- Support managers and partners on client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4-7 years of audit experience in public accounting
- Active CPA license (required or near completion)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
- Experience supervising teams and reviewing work
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Base salary of $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience
