Traffic Assistant

El/La Asistente deTráfico será responsable de apoyar las operaciones relacionadas a importaciones, exportaciones, documentación, cumplimiento aduanal y procesos administrativos. Este rol requiere precisión, organización, manejo de sistemas y comunicación efectiva con agencias externas, transportistas, aduanas y departamentos internos. Responsabilidades Principales: Manejar procesos de importación de autos, incluyendo inventario, documentación aduanal, contabilidad y sistema SURI. Preparar y procesar Entradas y Salidas de autos domésticos en Zona Libre utilizando el sistema FTZ. Preparar Tally Outs de unidades. Manejar documentación y logística para las exportaciones de unidades. Cumplir con requerimientos de Aduana Federal, incluyendo reportes semanales (Weekly - Form 7501). Coordinar y documentar Dealer Trades. Realizar reconciliaciones de cuentas, incluyendo cuentas de Floor Plan y cuenta Marginal. Gestionar pago de arbitrios y solicitudes de Cartas de Exención para dar de baja arbitrios en SURI. Preparar reportes de Ocean Cargo. Coordinar y dar seguimiento al archivo de files de embarques y documentación federal. Cumplir con otras tareas que se le asignen relacionadas con el puesto.
