Service & Customer Support Specialist (Farm Equipment)

A growing agricultural equipment company is seeking a customer-focused and mechanically inclined professional to join its team as a Service & Customer Support Specialist. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product support, warranty claims, parts identification, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships while supporting a variety of farm equipment products and tractor attachments.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with parts identification and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
• Help customers select the appropriate equipment based on tractor specifications
• Process service requests, returns, and order adjustments
• Maintain accurate customer and service records
• Support order processing, quotes, and product information requests
• Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, equipment support, agricultural equipment, mechanical service, or a related field
• Understanding of tractor attachments, implements, or agricultural equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow up effectively
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• SAP or warehouse management experience is a plus
