Fullstack Engineer Opportunity

We're assisting a fast-growing startup with their search for fullstack engineers. Their product automates the contract-to-cash cycle, freeing up cash instantly. This role will work onsite in their NYC Office (Union Sq) five days a week, and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.

What you'll do:

• Operate at startup speed. We measure progress in days, not sprints.
• Write clean, production-grade TypeScript across the stack. You care about code quality not because someone told you to, but because you've been burned by the alternative.
• Build with AI as a core capability – not as a feature bolted on. You'll design AI-native workflows, use LLMs to accelerate your own output, and push the boundary of what's possible with agents and automation.
• You don't just write code – you understand why it matters. You'll talk to customers, see how they use what you build, and feed that directly into what you ship next.
• Drive technical direction in your area. Propose solutions, build consensus when needed, and execute when it's time.
• Improve the platform and the team around you – better tooling, better testing, better patterns. Leave everything better than you found it

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience shipping production products/features
• Experience building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end
• Experience at a VC-backed startup or a reputable, fast-paced company
• Deep TypeScript fluency across backend and frontend

Nice to haves:

• Founding engineer or early-stage startup experience
• Experience with billing, payments, or financial systems
