Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Marketing Manager to help us build a strong online presence and create content that drives attention, engagement, and organic growth. This is an early-career, hands-on startup role for someone who understands social media, internet culture, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling. What You’ll Do Develop and execute creative social media strategies across relevant platforms Create concepts for short-form videos, posts, graphics, campaigns, and product content Develop compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and messaging that encourage engagement Turn product features and technical concepts into simple, entertaining, and shareable content Identify emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments that can generate organic reach Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to understand our products Experiment with different content formats, creative styles, and messaging approaches Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future campaigns Support product launches and social media campaigns Help build a consistent and recognizable brand voice across social channels What We’re Looking For 0–4 years of professional experience Experience or strong interest in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field Excellent writing and communication skills Strong understanding of social media trends and internet culture A natural instinct for what makes content interesting and shareable Creative mindset and willingness to experiment Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or similar tools is a plus Ability to understand a product and communicate its value clearly Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment A Great Candidate Might Have Created social content that achieved unusually high engagement or organic reach Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts Created short-form videos, graphics, campaigns, or other digital content A portfolio showcasing social media or creative work Experience testing different hooks, formats, captions, or creative concepts Strong opinions about what makes content go viral A strong curiosity about online trends and emerging platforms What We Value Creativity over credentials.
