Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to neonates in a Level III/IV NICU setting.
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures including Nitric Oxide and Jet Ventilation.
• Float internally as needed to support various departments.
• Ensure adherence to established safety and care protocols at all times.
• Document care provided in the Epic charting system accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid WA RRT license or Compact License in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy with NICU focus.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT certifications required.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system for accurate patient documentation.
• Familiarity with high-acuity areas preferred, including Trauma Level I or II experience.
• Competency in high-frequency ventilation and arterial blood gas interpretation required.
