Trailer Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Martin Transportation Systems (MTS) is expanding our fleet of tractors and trailers at our Dayton, Ohio terminal, and we’re looking for skilled Trailer Mechanics to join our team on 1st Shift. Position Details Location: Dayton, OH Shifts Available: 1st shift What You'll Do Perform trailer repairs and preventative maintenance Service and wash trailers Conduct yard checks and inspections Complete repair documentation and light computer work Help maintain a safe and organized shop environment What We're Looking For Experience working on trailers as a mechanic Recent graduates from diesel or trailer maintenance programs may also be considered Ability to perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections independently Basic computer skills Must provide your own tools Good driving record required Strong work ethic and reliability Pay Competitive pay based on experience Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with a 25% company match (eligible after 6 months) Paid Vacation & Holidays 1 week of vacation upon hire Company-Paid Life Insurance Boot & Tool Reimbursement after 90 days Join a growing company with over 40 years of success and become part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and long-term career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Martin Transportation Systems
