What You’ll Do As a CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist, you’ll be responsible for: Setting up and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centers (HAAS & FANUC) Performing in-process checks and precision inspections Reading and interpreting blueprints, routers, and set-up sheets Making offsets, edge-breaking, and tool checks as needed Communicating issues and improvement ideas to supervisors Maintaining clean, organized workspaces and following safety protocols What You Bring Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (4 & 5 axis) Proficiency with HAAS machines and FANUC controls Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills Your own set-up tools (required) Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented shop Schedule & Pay Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $22–$25/hour (DOE) Why Join Us?
