If you're a hands‑on problem-solver who enjoys precision work and modern machining technology, we'd love to have you on our team.What You'll DoSet up CNC Lathe machines for production runsOperate multiple CNC machines efficientlyDress and set tools for optimal cutting performanceTroubleshoot machining issues and reduce non‑conformancesNotify the Cell Lead when problems ariseUse calipers, micrometers, and indicators during setupsApply basic math to determine and adjust tool offsetsRead CMM reports to verify part quality and accuracyPerform daily 5S (cleaning and organization)Complete daily visual machine inspectionsMaintain proper coolant levelsAssist with additional duties as neededWhat You BringEducation & KnowledgeGED or High School Diploma required1–3 years manufacturing experienceAbility to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher)Skills & AbilitiesUnderstanding of manufacturing quality principlesFamiliarity with process controls and instrumentationExperience using mechanical inspection toolsStrong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilitiesGood job knowledge with attention to detailAbility to follow copy‑exact proceduresUnderstanding of OSHA compliance Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs
