Pipe WelderSTI Group is seeking full-time pipe welders for fabrication projects in our shops in the Golden Triangle area. We offer competitive pay based on experience with some overtime available. Job candidates should be experienced welders who are hard working, committed to quality performance, and able to weld in TIG (GTAW) MIG (GMAW) and FLUX-CORE (FCAW) process on pipe. Welders must be proficient in setting up and operating welding machines, maintaining the arc length and speed, and ensuring penetration depth and fusion.Job Overview & RequirementsMust be able to pass drug testPass 2? XXH TIG (GTAW) CS weld test in 6G positionPass 5? XXH – Hard wire bead (GMAW), then flux core fill and cap (FLUX)Work in confined areasPersonal commitment to safetySTI Group provides industry leading construction and fabrication services for the oil and gas industry.
