ABOUT ATARAXIS AI Ataraxis is a clinical AI research lab working at the intersection of multi-modal AI and precision medicine. Our goal is to make disease predictable. To accomplish this, we develop new AI methods that predict patient outcomes and treatment response, and build clinical tools to assist physicians in selecting the most optimal treatments for their patients. Our AI research lab discovers and develops methods to recognize patterns and predict outcomes across complex, multi-modal clinical data. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close - Source creatively: competitor mapping, adjacent industries, referrals, and AI-powered tools - Build the hiring engine, including interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, and funnel and time-to-fill reporting - Manage outside recruiting partners as needed and help shape how the team grows QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including in-house at an early-stage or high-growth startup - Comfort with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn it - A track record of high-volume GTM hiring (e. g.
