Employer of record is: DLV Hamptons Management LLC Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills are seeking seasonal Stewards to join the Culinary Department. This role is available April 20, 2026 – October 7th, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.**Key Responsibilities*** Maintain sanitation standards in all kitchen work areas by cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils.* Provide clean cooking utensils for the food and beverage operations and ensure that all utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and stored correctly in the designated areas.* Maintain safety, proper storage of chemicals such as Bleach, Clorox, and Food safety products for cleaning, and chemical concentration logs.* Perform daily set ups of China, glassware, and silverware items for all outlets.* Participate as a team player with other key team members, attend department briefings as necessary to communicate necessary.* Complete all opening/closing procedures as instructed.* Assist with execution of departmental objectives and goals.* Monitor inventory levels for food and ingredients, cooking materials and supplies for culinary, dishware, and cleaning supplies through regular inventory checks.* Maintain all equipment such as cleanliness of dishwashers, stove tops, ovens, mixers, refrigerators, and cooking prep areas and be sure it is properly handled and maintained.* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.**Qualifications*** Three (3) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resort, or private club.* Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.* Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.* Required to work indoors and outdoors.* Required to stand, walk, and move for period of greater than four (4) hours.* Required to carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull and left and carry up to 50 lbs.* Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.**Additional Requirements*** Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.* Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.* Ability to work in a team environment.* Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.**Benefits*** Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 USD per hour; based on experience* Employee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition Programs* Optional housing is offered through a separate rental company for those outside of a commutable distance. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $100.00 - $150.00 per week for a shared room.
