This role is available April 20, 2026 – October 7th, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.**Key Responsibilities*** Prepare food items are per standard recipe while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.* Stock kitchen with all necessary ingredients.* Assist on all stations on the line as needed for each meal period.* Maintain and clean equipment according to the opening and closing checklists.* Promptly report any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment which requires repair/ maintenance.* Adhere to all Department of Health food and safety standards.* Always comply with company and department policies and procedures.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.* Demonstrate the ability to execute recipes and ability to follow recipes and all house-made ingredients promptly and efficiently.* Ensure all food is plated and presented accordingly and demonstrate a sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions.**Qualifications*** Twelve (12) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resort, or private club.* Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.* Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.* Required to stand, walk, and move for a period of greater than four (4) hours.* Required to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull. They may be required to lift and carry items sometimes more significant than 50 pounds.* Knowledge of ServSafe and safe food handling practices.* Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.**Additional Requirements*** Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.* Ability to work in a team environment.* Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.**Benefits*** Pay Range: $21.00 - $32.00 USD per hour; based on experience* Employee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition Programs* Professional development and upward mobility opportunities* Optional housing is offered through a separate rental company for those outside of a commutable distance.
