We are industrypioneers, on the cutting edge of innovation to continuously meet the challenges of a changing world,and with our unmatched customer service teams, we will be with you every step of the way to ensureyour success.Position: CRGFunctional OverviewResponsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by usingexcellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicatingeffectively with team members within the customer service department and FSC Responsibilities Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and productknowledge requests. Enter customer orders/collect payment from walk-in customers Scan necessary POD documentation into ERP system. Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policiesand procedures. Log and track RMAs (Return Material Authorization) from customers and inform thequality, manufacturing and senior management teams as needed Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items. Follow up and track down on customer credit resolution Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. Check availability of inventory or production Provide information to logistics personnel and / or outside field service personnel related toarranging freight and picking up orders. Solicit information from sales representatives if information is required Other functions as assigned and necessary, these will include limited administrative tasks thatare involved in meeting customer’s needs Review customer requests: missed shipments etc. Able to navigate in ERP system and find information regard inventory levels, manufacturing,and shipping forecast. Download data from ERP system in excel to setup documents to support customer needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. AS or AA degree preferred Must have good client/customer focus. Must have excellent problem-solving skills. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be willing to work in a team environment. Should be well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc. Experience navigating in ERP systems Prior customer service experience Job Type: Full-time role in office/warehouse environment Experience: 1 to 3 years Education: High school.
