OR - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications. Ensures patient safety, participates in quality and regulatory activities, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Implement and document care plans with clear goals, ensuring seamless communication across care continuum. Support patient safety initiatives and professional development activities. Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree needed; Bachelor’s degree preferred. No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred for Bachelor's degree holders. OR experience is a plus. Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills essential. Additional Information Includes participation in on-call duties with a 40-minute response time, with work hours of 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
