Benjamin & Associates is a dynamic immigration law firm located in central Phoenix. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Legal Assistant to join our team.
The position involves working directly with clients to gather the information and documentation needed to prepare and file immigration applications and petitions with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The Legal Assistant will also work closely with attorneys and paralegals to prepare cases, communicate with clients, and ensure applications are completed accurately and on time.
Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have direct experience working in immigration law. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple cases and deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Just as important, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with immigrants and their families and helping them navigate the immigration process.
Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement. Benefits include paid vacation, a 401(k) retirement plan, dental and vision insurance, and life and disability insurance.
