Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) at Aspen Dental is a full‑time position offering competitive pay ($23‑$27 per hour) and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Perform daily front‑office tasks, creating lasting impressions and building patient trust and loyalty. Participate in an eight‑week training program designed to prepare you for the role. Deliver superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and consult patients on treatment options. Verify insurance payments and collections, ensuring high quality of care. Supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under the Manager’s direction. Review data daily to evaluate impact on the practice. Oversee scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments. Verify insurance payment, collection, balance, and nightly deposits, and handle credit card processing. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Analytical thinking with a focus on leveraging data.
