Licensed Senior Account Manager, responsible for the ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients, and supervising a team, in a full-time salaried position. Key Responsibilities Independently manage accounts, coordinating services, answering questions, and resolving issues Negotiate and secure appropriate carrier coverage for new and renewal business, maintaining relationships with product managers Supervise and train team members while ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures Required Qualifications At least 2 years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience, with a focus on Transportation High School diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred Appropriate insurance agent's license is required Willingness to continue education is essential Demonstrated success in overall customer service
