Audiologist

Job Title
Plans, conducts, monitors, and coordinates all clinical and administrative aspects of a full range of services associated with contemporary, evidence-based, and patient-centered audiology practice.
Engages in the differential diagnosis of hearing/tinnitus/vestibular problems and evaluates patients to determine nature, type, and severity of disorders.
Reviews medical history and documents in the patient's medical record past and current medical history, the evaluations performed, diagnosis, clinical opinions, treatment plans, outcomes of treatment, changes to functional status, and patient/family/caregiver education/counseling.
Takes impressions of the outer portion of the ear and determines the need for special earmolds.
Documents and demonstrates the proper use and cleaning of pertinent reusable medical equipment in accordance with health care system policies. Maintains a safe work environment for patients, staff, and self.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
