As we continue to grow with three locations serving Central Illinois, we're looking for a passionate Store Manager who is excited to lead people, improve operations, and help our business thrive. What You'll Do: Lead the Team Interview and onboard new team members alongside the owner Train, coach, and mentor baristas Create employee schedules Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture Help employees succeed through ongoing coaching and accountability Manage Daily Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures Ensure smooth daily operations across all locations Maintain high standards for speed, consistency, and customer experience Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Follow and reinforce company processes and procedures Inventory & Organization Monitor inventory levels Restock supplies as needed Complete inventory reports twice each week Manage milk inventory Minimize waste and improve efficiency Customer Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and staff Resolve customer concerns professionally Build customer loyalty through exceptional service Encourage online reviews and community engagement Develop promotional ideas and local marketing opportunities Financial Responsibilities Prepare daily deposits Complete deposit documentation Handle bank deposits accuratelySupport overall sales growth and profitability What We're Looking For: Previous retail, restaurant, coffee shop, or hospitality leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational abilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style Dependable and self-motivated Compensation: $17/hour plus cash tips and bonus incentives Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) Why Join Sips Coffee Co?
