Job Overview The Referral Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of referral requests into the appropriate portal. This position is also responsible for follow-up on all specialty referrals. This position is an integral part of the care team, working as a liaison between the patient, provider, and Medical Management to ensure timely access to specialty care. Minimum Requirements High school diploma required. Minimum of 4 years of experience required. Medical Assistant certificate preferred Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred. Compensation Compensation $26.78 - $31.47 hourly Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
