Practice Info Regional tertiary-care medical facility, referral hub, and Level II trauma center based in Erie, PA Over 400 beds providing extensive inpatient and outpatient services Almost 4,000 employees, including over 650 medical team members Care team model approach involving anesthesiologists, CRNs, and surgeons Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Compensation Salary: $565K annually Sign-on bonus: $75K $75K Sign-on/Loan Repayment or Training Assistance Program options available!
