The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at Lowry Apartments in the Denver Metro area. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will help ensure rent postings, certifications, and filings are accurate and timely, while maintaining excellent resident relations and service. You will assist in supervising staff, manage vendor relationships, prepare reports, and promote a safe, inclusive environment across properties in Colorado. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coloradocoalition
