Customer Experience Team Member

Do you love helping people and love when everything is in its place? Benzinger’s Clothing Care is looking for a full-time Customer Experience (CX) Team Member to join our team. This position is located in our Orchard Park location with training completed in Hamburg. Our Orchard Park store is a welcoming neighborhood location with a wonderful base of dedicated customers. We’re looking for someone who makes sure every visit feels friendly, easy, and personal. What Your Day Looks Like You’ll interact directly with customers, warmly greeting them, helping with drop-offs and pick-ups, answering questions, and making sure they feel well cared for. Check incoming garments and other items into our customer database Organize completed orders so they are ready and easy to find at pick-up Keep the store clean, neat, and inviting Learn both opening and closing responsibilities Help keep everything moving accurately and efficiently throughout the day Some shifts you'll work alongside other team members. You like jobs where you can see what you've accomplished at the end of the day. Schedule & Training This is a full-time position with a combination of opening and closing shifts. Orchard Park store hours are 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday CX Team Members are scheduled for either opening or closing shifts and learn the responsibilities of both You must be available to work up to two Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Some initial and ongoing training will take place at our Hamburg location Why Benzinger’s?
