We value our employees Job Details Qualifications: You have 5+ years of experience supervising any of the following heavy civil work: asphalt, paving, road building, including manpower and team leadership. Your project leadership experience includes creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not only limited to following prescribed schedules as a subcontractor. You get fired up for new challenges. Maintaining the status quo when there's an opportunity for improvement goes against your nature.
