Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents.What You'll Do:Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM systemSupport lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentationsAssist in setting and tracking sales goalsPrepare move-in paperwork and administrative filesCoordinate resident assessments with clinical leadershipFacilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packetsEnsure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness ChecklistWelcome and orient residents and families on Move-In daySupport on-site sales and marketing eventsMaintain ongoing communication with prospects and familiesYou play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.What We're Looking For:1+ year sales support or customer service experienceStrong phone, presentation, and communication skillsHighly organized with ability to manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented and service-focusedProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsPay Range: 21.20 - 26.60Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
