Job Summary Seeking a part-time Research Area Specialist Associate to join the team of Dr. Joyce Lee at the Susan B. Meister Child Health Evaluation and Research Center, Department of Pediatrics. The Research Assistant will have the opportunity to provide research support on projects related to child health, obesity and diabetes. Job Summary Seeking a part-time Research Area Specialist Associate to join the team of Dr. Joyce Lee at the Susan B. Meister Child Health Evaluation and Research Center, Department of Pediatrics. The Research Assistant will have the opportunity to provide research support on projects related to child health, obesity and diabetes. Responsibilities Conduct literature reviews Verify and validate clinical data where needed Assist with the preparation of tables and figures Draft Manuscripts Submit manuscripts Other duties as assigned by Principal Investigators Required Qualifications Proficiency in conducting literature reviews in PubMed and other similar databases Proficiency in the use of Michart; EndNote; MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; R or other programming/analysis software Ability to work both independently and as a team member Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent attendance, ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, manage deadlines without undue stress and exercise good judgment Modes of Work Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
