Central Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Central Maintenance Technician Location: Clinton, MA Shift: 1st Hourly Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $21.00-21.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM- 3 PM Job Summary: Working under close supervision, performs a variety of simple to routine assignments by following detailed work instructions that require limited judgment and decision-making to complete. Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for an Industrial Maintenance Technician, a temp opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenanceLube and Oil changes on Hydraulic machines, and visual inspections.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company's security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- May be required to work overtime.
Requirements:
- Able to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Use of basic and special purpose hand tools and leveling instruments. Knowledge of torque specifications. Basic mathematics.
- Understanding of safety practices requirements. Use of LOTO.
- Personal computer operation in a Windows environment (Excel, Word and PowerPoint and e-mail).
- Prior experience in maintenance may be substituted.
- Zero to two (2) years work-related experience required, in mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
