Commercial Lines Underwriting Quality Specialist

Utica First Insurance Company seeks a Commercial Lines Underwriting Quality Specialist to strengthen the accuracy and consistency of our commercial portfolio. In this role, you’ll perform detailed reviews of underwriting files, verify adherence to guidelines, rates, and regulatory requirements, and identify trends and training needs. You’ll collaborate closely with underwriters and management to recommend process improvements, develop quality metrics, and support corrective actions. This hybrid position offers the chance to deepen commercial P&C expertise within a collaborative, customer-focused culture driven by integrity and long-term relationships.
