What you’ll do- Set up and operate multi‑axis CNC Swiss screw machines to produce parts exactly to print
- Keep two to three machines in steady rotation to maintain continuous output
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure every component meets quality standards
- Spot worn/damaged tooling and perform minor program edits with precise offset adjustments
- Follow dispatch priorities, safety protocols, and routine maintenance schedules to hit production targets
- Demonstrated experience with CNC Swiss equipment in a precision engineering setting
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical instructions in English
- Keen eye for defects and surface finish variances
- Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
- Self‑starter who works independently while maintaining top-tier quality
- Long‑term stability in a quality‑driven environment
- Ongoing CNC training and development to grow your skills
