Job Title: Account Coordinator
Location: Rockville, MD
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $50,000.00 annually
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite Tues, Wed, Thursday. 8:30 - 5:00
Hours: 40.0/week

Responsibilities

·        Serve as the primary administrative support contact for designated client accounts.

·        Enter and maintain job orders in Bullhorn (BH) and other client/vendor management systems.

·        Post approved job openings to company websites and internal systems.

·        Manage job order updates, maintenance, and closures.

·        Submit candidate information to client portals and VMS systems.

·        Assist with client communications, including status updates, onboarding coordination, newsletters, and general account support.

·        Track account-related activities and ensure data accuracy across systems.

·        Maintain candidate and consultant records in Bullhorn and other systems.

·        Conduct consultant care and follow-up communications as needed.

·        Provide backup support for Account Managers and Account Coordinators as needed.

Requirements

·        Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Strong customer service orientation.

·        Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

·        Ability to learn new technology platforms and processes quickly.

·        Bachelor's degree preferred.

·        Experience working in IT staffing, recruiting, employment, or human resources environment.

·        Experience with Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or other ATS/VMS platforms.

·        Knowledge of recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and consultant management.

·        Experience supporting sales, recruiting, account management, or staffing operations teams.
