Swatch Retail Coordinator (Corporate)

Overview Swatch Group is a leading manufacturer in its field, with multiple watch brands and a broad distribution network. This description covers the Retail Coordinator role within the retail support function. Responsibilities Support the Retail Support Manager in forecasting store goals and performance targets Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across the retail network, including sales, productivity, and other key business metrics Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through regular review of reporting tools and store performance Assist in the development of business plans, action plans, and performance recaps for stores and the broader retail business Use Power BI, Retail Net, and related reporting tools consistently to monitor results and generate insights Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, summaries, and presentations for management Organize and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to support retail decision making Partner with the Retail Support Manager on initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and overall business efficiency Support store communication and follow up related to business performance and retail priorities Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure information is communicated in a timely and organized manner Provide support in additional retail operational or administrative areas as needed, including assistance with coding, invoicing, or other cross-functional tasks Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management Qualifications 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail reporting, business analysis, planning or performance support Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong PowerPoint skills Experience using Power BI, Retail Net, and retail reporting tools Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable business recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to work cross functionally and support evolving business needs Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail Benefits Excellent health, dental and vision insurance (eligible 1st of the month following 30 days; generous employer contribution) Immediate participation in the 401(k) and 100% vested employer match after one year Company paid life insurance and Long Term Disability 18 PTO days per year, 23 PTO after 5 years 7 days per year extended paid time for medical, parental and military leave Holiday pay Voluntary Flexible Spending Account, Short Term Disability, Accident/Hospital Indemnity insurance Employee product discount Internal transfer and growth potential $500 Employee Referral Bonuses Compensation: Base Pay plus Commission Job Location: 800 Waterford Way, 33126 Miami FL, United States (Florida) Company Address: The Swatch Group (U.S.) Inc. 800 Waterford Way Suite 1000 Miami, FL 33126 USA #J-18808-Ljbffr Swatch
