Software Engineer (Motion Planning) at BairesDev What You'll Do Design and implement state-of-the-art motion planning algorithms to handle complex urban and highway scenarios. Optimize trajectory generation for smoothness, safety, and passenger comfort across various autonomous platforms. Develop and integrate pathfinding solutions using graph-based and sampling-based planners. Collaborate with the control and perception teams to ensure seamless interaction between system modules. Enforce strict real-time execution standards to guarantee system responsiveness in dynamic environments. Validate planning logic through high-fidelity simulations and data-driven analysis. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on robotics or autonomous vehicles. Proven expertise in developing motion planning algorithms such as RRT, A*, or lattice planners. Advanced proficiency in C++ and trajectory optimization techniques.
