• Days 5x8s Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
• Home health setting
• 1 year home health experience required
• EMR: Epic preferred
• Patient age groups: adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• 13 weeks guaranteed hours based on contract
• BLS required
