Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aero and defense location as an unarmed officer in a driving post, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will help to deter security-related incidents while representing a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report suspicious behavior, policy concerns, or facility issues in accordance with post instructions.
• Support site operations by maintaining detailed activity logs, preparing incident reports, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service needs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
