Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Washington, DC. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while collaborating with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. Additionally, the role involves resolving project challenges, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and overall Project Management Strong skills in Project Coordination and Budgeting Ability to effectively manage and oversee construction projects to successful completion Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with various stakeholders A degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred Proficient understanding of safety regulations and worksite compliance requirements Experience with residential and commercial construction projects is highly beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
