Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meticulous assessments to identify client needs, mental health disorders, and treatment requirements.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, therapeutic preferences, and unique circumstances.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing a spectrum of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and develop practical coping strategies and instill skills that empower self-management of their symptoms.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in strict adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations in a digital environment.
• Participate in regular supervision, case consultations, and continuing education to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is a minimum requirement; further education in the form of a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Possession of current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, or groups is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 63,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
