Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.What You Will Experience In This Position:Lead product management for the nVent EBS E-house segment by boosting overall product line performance, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and productivity improvement.Apply market insights in developing long-term technology and product lifecycle strategy focused on portfolio standardization to expand operational capacity and customer experience.Coordinate the implementation of strategic programs and activities through influential cross-functional communication for assigned product category.Conduct voice of the customer (primary, secondary, observational) and field testing to uncover unmet customer needs and drive new products and services.Develop strong and quantifiable value propositions for product families to articulate differentiation to customers, channel partners, and sales.Partner cross-functionally with product development teams to implement all aspects associated with the product definition, product development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans.Drive Advanced Product Development processes, tools, and metrics for the product management and engineering organization. Develop a culture that encourages new ideas and tests concepts to drive improved quantified outcomes for customers.Help identify and charter strategic projects that drive innovation leveraging technology trends, market trends, and integrated solutions.Cultivate external partnerships to accelerate technology funnel and product commercializationYou Have:Bachelor's degree required.
