Weekend CNA

Join as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing home care services, primarily on weekends from 08:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering direct patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic nursing tasks as instructed by healthcare professionals. Preparing meals aligned with client preferences and dietary needs. Offering companionship and engaging in activities suited to individual interests. Performing light housekeeping duties and maintaining accurate records of care provided. Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's physical or psychosocial condition. Utilizing EVV systems to document tasks and ensure compliance with care plans. Demonstrating dependability by punctuality and adaptability to client and family values. Supporting client independence within their abilities and adhering to the Plan of Care. Upholding patient confidentiality, respecting rights, and reporting concerns related to abuse, neglect, or unsafe environments. Qualifications Include Current certification with DFS. High school diploma or GED preferred. Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and following directions. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending. A compassionate attitude toward patient care.
