Seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator for a remote or hybrid entry-level role, who will manage escalated customer and provider partner issues using CRM and data tools, analyze root causes, and collaborate with internal teams for process improvement. Key responsibilities Investigate escalated issues to identify root causes using CRM and internal data tools Map connections between provider data, agency processes, and internal workflows to pinpoint breakdowns Collaborate with Operations and providers to define technical requirements and recommend process enhancements Required qualifications No prior tolling or transportation experience required; a natural systems thinker is essential Comfortable with technology and data, including basic Excel skills Strong analytical instincts with the ability to methodically break down complex issues Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
