Insurance Customer Service & Sales Advisor (Property & Casualty)

Location: Pittston, PA (On-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

We’re looking for Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Advisors to join a growing insurance team focused on helping small businesses protect what matters most. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-volume, inbound sales environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll work with inbound leads—no cold calling—guiding business owners through insurance solutions and helping them choose the right coverage.

• Respond to inbound leads and provide accurate insurance quotes
• Educate customers on policy options and ensure compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
• Support customers through the policy selection and onboarding process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Strong customer service and/or insurance sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Commercial insurance or workers’ compensation knowledge
• Background in insurance sales or inbound call center environments

• 4-week paid training (on-site): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• After training, transition to assigned shift
• On-site for the first 90 days; potential for hybrid flexibility afterward

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pittston,PA.
