As a Case Manager Supervisor, you are responsible for daily operational oversight and performance of your perspective program(s). Success will be primarily measured through three core data points: financial performance data, staff retention/engagement data, and program outcomes/quality data. The Program Supervisor is expected to model principles of the Leadership Pipeline as a Leader of Others. What does this position offer? Displays the capacity/coachability for future growth and development as a leader. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
