The Construction Superintendent - Multifamily will oversee all aspects of on-site construction for multifamily projects in Wilton, CT ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. This role coordinates with subcontractors, manages schedules, and ensures adherence to project specifications. Description Manage daily operations and activities on the construction site for multifamily projects. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines. Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Resolve on-site challenges and adapt to changing project needs effectively.
