Responsibilities- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and client relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing service
- Track sales activity, production, and performance results
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members
- Coach team members on sales activity, customer service, and business development
- Support daily agency operations and administrative processes
- Monitor agency goals and implement strategies to improve performance
- Build professional relationships within the local community
Sales, business development, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence results
Interest in developing leadership and management skills
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (Guidance provided)
