Loan Consultant

*Description*

* Perform endtoend setup of new commercial and fiduciary client accounts through internal accountopening platforms
* Review, assemble, and validate new account documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
* Process account maintenance requests, including updates, corrections, and documentation remediation
* Support a wide range of account types, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary structures
* Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and ensure timely account activation
*Skills & Qualifications*

* 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking operations or a comparable backoffice role
* Handson experience with new account opening documentation, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary accounts
* Strong knowledge of accountopening controls, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to process high volumes of work accurately with exceptional attention to detail
* Experience working within internal banking portals or workflow/accountopening systems
* Prior exposure to trust, estate, or fiduciary operational workflows
* Familiarity with regulatory expectations around KYC, CIP, and account governance
* Strong written communication skills for internal issue resolution and documentation followups
* Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a deadlinedriven environment
* Experience navigating multiple internal systems simultaneously
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Brea, CA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
