Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team in Louisville, KY. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role by maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. • This is a first shift position in a Industrial Manufacturing environment.

• EPA 608 Required

• KY State License Required

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Respond to service calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
