- You've worked at a Spotlight Company - at least one for 3-5+ years (or two/three in the last 7-20 years).
- You've successfully scaled high-growth brands-driving revenue, profitability, and brand equity through best-in-class digital marketing strategies.
- You're an expert in customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across Paid Ads, Performance Media, Web Conversion, DTC E-commerce, Social, and Email CRM.
- You thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments where your strategies directly impact growth.
- You understand health and wellness consumers, especially women, their mindset, purchasing behavior, and the importance of trust and credibility in natural supplements.
- Own and optimize all key digital marketing channels to scale customer acquisition & retention.
- Create & lead growth strategies that increase ROAS, CAC efficiency, and customer lifetime value.
- Innovate & experiment-A/B testing, creative messaging, conversion rate optimization, and funnel building.
- Collaborate with a world-class leadership team and drive the brand's transformation in the next phase of growth.
